Etro illuminates Milan Fashion Week with an ode to contemporary bohemianism

Presented during Milan Fashion Week, the Milanese fashion house's new collection confirms its essential status in the Italian luxury scene. Blending textile heritage with sensual modernity, the show explores an intensely crafted vision of bohemian chic.

The paisley motif, a historic signature, unfolds in embroidered dresses, richly embellished skirts, and second-skin ensembles, enhanced with sequins and flamboyant feathers. The silhouettes play with transparency and layering: diaphanous shirts, openwork knits, enveloping coats, and belted pieces that subtly sculpt the waist.

The autumnal palette—earthy tones, saffron, deep burgundy, chocolate, and cobalt highlights—reinforces this nomadic and sophisticated aesthetic. Multicolored stripes and textured fabrics add depth to a meticulously designed collection, where craftsmanship converses with a confident sensuality.

Through 46 looks, the show imposes a free, magnetic and resolutely contemporary look.
